Educational Qualification:

1. Scientist-B (Non Destructive) 
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Physics from a recognized University/Institute or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgy or Bachelor of Technology from a recognized University/Institute.Experience: One year practical experience in Non-Destructive/Metallurgical Techniques for candidates with Master’s Degree in Physics or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgy or Bachelor of Technology. Two years practical experience in non-destructive/metallurgical techniques used in testing/evaluation/failure investigation of materials. Desirable (ii) Knowledge of welding techniques(UPSC recruitment).
2. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Nephrology)

Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification in Part II of the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualification) of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of the educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule shall also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

3. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Nuclear Medicine) 

Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification in Part II of the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualification) of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of the educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule shall also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

(ii) Post-graduate degree i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Nuclear Medicine) in the relevant specialty or super specialty specified in Section-A of Schedule VI from a recognized educational institution; or Diplomate National Board (Nuclear Medicine); OR Doctor of Medicine (Radiotherapy) with two years experience in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized center;

OR Diploma in Radiation Medicine with National Board (Radio Therapy or Diploma in Radiology with National Board (Medicine) Center or Diploma in Radiology with National Board (Radio Diagnostics) or Doctor of Medicine (Bio-Physics) or equivalent Qualification: Minimum three years seniority Must have resident experience or as a Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the relevant specialty or super-specialty in a recognized institution after first post-graduate degree.

4. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Orthopaedics)

Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification in Part II of the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualification) of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of the educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule shall also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

(ii) Post-graduate degree in the relevant specialty or super-specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI from a recognized educational institution, namely, or Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics); or Diplomate National Board (Orthopaedics). UPSC Recruitment 2024.

5. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Paediatric Cardiology)

UPSC Recruitment : Educational Qualification: (i) MBBS degree qualification recognized in Part II of the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualifications) to the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Experience: Three years of teaching experience as Senior Resident or Teacher or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned specialty or super specialty in a recognized teaching institution after first Master’s Degree.

6. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Paediatric Surgery) 

UPSC Recruitment : Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification in Part II of the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualification) of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

9. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor ( Urology)

Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification in Part II of the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualification) of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

10. Research Officer (Chemistry)

UPSC Recruitment : Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute. Experience: Three years experience in teaching and research in quality control of pesticides or antimalarial drugs under any scheme of Central Government or State Government.

11. Scientist ‘B’ (Chemistry)

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute.   Experience: Three years experience in Chemistry.

12. Scientist ‘B’ (Physics)

UPSC Recruitment : Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognized University or Institute.        Experience: Three years experience in Physics(UPSC recruitment).

13. Investigator Grade-I

Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute; OR Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Commerce. One paper in Economics or equivalent pass from a recognized University/ Institute.

14. Assistant Chemist

UPSC Recruitment: Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute. Experience: Two (02) years experience in Chemical Analysis of Minerals and Minerals from a laboratory recognized as Research Laboratory by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research or Department of Science and Technology or such Government Institution carrying out chemical analysis.

15. Nautical Surveyor – Deputy Director General (Technical)

Educational Qualification: Certificate of Qualification of Master of Foreign bound ship recognized by Govt of India. Experience: Possession of Second Mate’s Competency Certificate (Going Abroad) and five years of experience as Tech Officer. Desirable: (i) Additional Post Graduate Qualification Certificate; OR Master of Science Degree in Maritime Affairs awarded by a recognized University. (ii) One year or more work experience in inspection and inspection and examination of merchant ships as on the date of submission of application to the Union Public Service Commission.

16. Assistant Professor (BBA) 

Educational Qualification: (i) Masters degree (MBA) with 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute (or equivalent where marking system is followed) (ii) Passed National Eligibility Test (NET) (Administration) conducted by UGC or CSIR or SLET/ Must have passed an examination recognized by UGC like SET (State Level Eligibility) or examination required by UGC for award of M. .Phil/Ph.D degree awarded or exempted from NET/SLET/SET as per Minimum Standards and Procedures) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments.

UPSC Recruitment : Further, candidates registered for PhD program prior to 11th July, 2009 shall be governed by the then existing Orders / Bye-laws / Regulations of the Degree Awarding Institutions for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professors and Rules of such PhD Candidates. Universities/Colleges/Institutions are exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET if they fulfill the following conditions:- a) Candidate has been awarded PhD degree in regular manner.

b) The PhD thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners. c) conducted an open PhD oral examination of the candidate; d) The candidate should have published two research papers from his PhD work, at least one of which should be in a refereed journal. f) The candidate should have submitted at least two papers based on his PhD work in a conference/seminar sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agency. Fulfillment of conditions (a) to (c) above should be certified by the Registrar/Dean (Academic Affairs) of the concerned University. OR (b) Ph.D in Management from a foreign University/Institution. 17. Assistant Professor (Commerce General)

Educational Qualification: (a) (i) Master’s Degree in Commerce (or equivalent grade where grading system is followed) with 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Passed in National Eligibility Test (NET) (Commerce) or SLET/SET (State Level Eligibility Test) conducted by UGC or CSIR or other examination recognized by UGC as required by UGC (for award). M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree) A PhD degree in Commerce has been awarded or awarded in accordance with the Minimum Standards and Practices for Commerce) Regulations, 2009 or 2016. SLET/SET.

Educational Qualification: (a) (i) Master’s degree (or equivalent grade where grading system is followed) in Commerce/Corporate Secretary with 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Must have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) (Business/Corporate Secretary Posts) conducted by UGC or CSIR or an examination recognized by UGC like SLET/SET (State Level Eligibility Test). UGC (PhD Degree in M.Phil/ Commerce/Corporate Secretary ship or Exemption from NET/SLET/SET, Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time .

20. Assistant Professor (English)

21. Assistant Professor (Hindi) 

Educational Qualification: (i) Master’s degree in Hindi (or equivalent where marks system is followed) with 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Must have passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) (Hindi) conducted by UGC or CSIR or an examination recognized by UGC such as SLET/SET (State Level Eligibility Test) or eligible for the post of M.Phil. 2009 or 2016 must have obtained or awarded Ph.D in Hindi as per minimum standards and procedures and their revisions are exempted from NET/SLET/ Set up.

Further, candidates registered for the PhD program prior to 11th July 2009 shall be governed by the provisions of the Degree and the then existing Decrees / Bye-laws / Regulations of the institutions awarding such PhD. 23. Assistant Professor (Psychology)

Educational Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree in Psychology (or equivalent where marking system is followed) with 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Must have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) (Psychology) conducted by UGC or CSIR or an examination recognized by UGC such as SLET/SET (State Level Eligibility Test) or eligible for M award.
